FAQ’S
1. What time do ya’ll deliver???? ⭐️ We start delivering super early if we can! We also DO NOT want to be out in the heat of the day doing this 🥵 !! BUT, this answer depends on:
⭐️How many rentals we have.
⭐️Where these rentals are located (we go from Atoka to Broken Bow, for example.)
⭐️How the trailers need to be loaded and unloaded.
⭐️ The amount of employees available/needed to set up that particular unit.
We begin at 6 or 7am (if the customer lets us)
So, we TRY to guarantee delivery by 12pm. TRY. The email you will receive upon booking clearly states that! READ YO DANG E-MAILS PEOPLE!
BUT WE CANNOT BE IN 20 DIFFERENT PLACES AT 8AM!
2. WHAT TIME DO YOU PICK IT UP?
We begin pick ups at 8pm!!!!
FUN FACTS!!!
We cannot be everywhere at 8pm either. Again, it depends on the location of the rentals and the loading of the trailer.
Almost every customer says ”we want to be the very last one you pick up”!
Multiply that by 20 (give or take)….. get the picture now?? We want happy customers, but sometimes that is beyond our control.

4. Our prices include everything (unless a delivery fee is applicable) except: WE DO NOT PROVIDE HOSES!!!! 🚫💦
5. WHY ARE YOU SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE?
⭐️ It costs 💰 to operate legally *cough, cough🤨
⭐️you get what you pay for!
⭐️We are the ONLY insured and inspected (as per the Oklahoma Department of Labor) company in this entire area!
⭐️We ONLY rent the absolute BEST OF THE BEST in quality and uniqueness.
⭐️ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE ADULT Friendly! You heard me! 👂! Adults can enjoy and participate on ANY of our units! Put on that speedo and get to sliding!! 😂😂😂
6. What happens if it rains? What happens if the weather gets bad? Do we get a refund? Well, yes and no🤪 You can get a FULL REFUND for your deposit or whatever you have paid towards your slide (minus the credit card transaction fee) for ANY reason, including weather, UNLESS WE ARE ALREADY LOADED UP AND HEADED YOUR WAY! If the weather looks sketchy but unsure, we will contact you in most cases to see how you would like to proceed, HOWEVER, ONCE WE SET UP THERE ARE ZERO REFUNDS, WHETHER YOU USE THE INFLATABLE OR NOT. NONE. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
